Financial Services Minister to address NIBA Summit
Financial Services Minister and Assistant Treasurer Stephen Jones will be among speakers at the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) Summit in October.
The event, marking NIBA’s 40th year in advocating for the insurance broking industry, will be held at the Establishment Ballroom in Sydney and has the theme Trust, Professionalism, Community.
NIBA President Dianne Phelan will deliver the welcome address and Lloyd’s Regional Head of Australia and New Zealand Chris Mackinnon will provide a market update.
The summit includes a keynote address from consulting firm Emergent CEO and Founder Holly Ransom and an insurance broker panel discussion. NIBA CEO Philip Kewin will wrap-up the day with a closing address.
The national winners of the Stephen Ball Broker of the Year and the Warren Tickle Young Broker of the Year awards will be announced at a celebration dinner afterwards at the Ivy Ballroom.
