Marsh has appointed Janine Fenwick as Pacific Head of Transactional Risk in its private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) practice.

She was most recently at AIG, where she was Australasian manager for the M&A insurance group and for M&A product offerings in emerging markets, including in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Europe.

Ms Fenwick has qualified as a barrister and solicitor here, and was a senior associate with Clayton Utz in Melbourne before joining AIG in London in 2008.
