James Knox has become Associate Director of Finance at Brisbane-based Auto & General Insurance following almost a decade at Suncorp in various roles, including CFO.

He began his new role in January following a half-year hiatus after leaving the role of EGM transformation program director at Suncorp in July.

He has also held executive roles at professional services businesses TMF Group and EY.
