Former Stream Group executive Bryce Hatton has joined third-party claims administrator Gallagher Bassett as National Operations Manager for General Insurance Claims.

He started the Brisbane-based job on February 29 after more than a year as GM group business services with Stream.

“I have many years’ experience managing operations, developing high-performing teams and working with clients to deliver the best customer service outcomes, so I’m looking forward to working with the great team at [Gallagher Bassett],” Mr Hatton told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

His appointment is part of Gallagher Bassett’s strategy to grow its general insurance portfolio in Australia.
