Ex-Lloyd’s rep quits ICA board
Former Lloyd’s general representative for Australia Adrian Humphreys has resigned from the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) board.
He left Lloyd’s last October to become GM Business Development at Steadfast.
His position on the ICA board will remain unfilled until the AGM in May, when all directors step down and can offer themselves for re-election, a spokesman told insuranceNEWS.com.au.
Mr Humphreys was a board member for two years and seven months. He resigned on January 1.
There are currently 10 members of the board, according to the ICA spokesman.
Lloyd’s new General Representative for Australia Chris Mackinnon began work earlier this month.
