Dive In 2023 to be held in September
The insurance industry’s diversity and inclusion festival Dive In will be held from September 26-28, the ninth year the event has been staged worldwide.
Focusing on the theme Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion, the festival will explore how an inclusive culture will “move the corporate industry forward and drive innovation that will solve some of the world’s biggest challenges,” organisers say.
"Unlocking innovation demands a culture where diverse perspectives are not just valued but used as a competitive advantage.”
The hybrid Dive In festival sessions cover topics such as mental health, religious equality, LGBT+ inclusivity, ageism, non-visible disabilities and social mobility.
The festival achieved its highest turnout with 34,000 attendees last year from 40 countries across 150 events.
Lloyd’s Head of Strategy & Innovation Tom Allebone-Webb says proactively embracing diversity will promote required innovation in insurance.
“Everyone across the insurance industry will benefit from engaging with the festival to motivate them to take the necessary actions to make an inclusive and more innovative future a reality,” he said.
