Crawford names new state heads for major and complex loss team
Crawford & Company has announced two new leadership appointments to its state major and complex loss teams.
Matt Donnelly returns to Crawford as Executive Adjuster and GTS Manager of Victoria and Tasmania. Mr Donnelly previously served at Crawford for 12 years before departing in 2016.
“Matt has a solid track record in leading high performing cultures and I have no doubt he’s going to bring a fresh perspective to our Victoria and Tasmania teams. In my view a new and fresh perspective is always healthy,” Crawford Head of Specialty Loss Adjusting Craig McLeod said.
“Matt is an experienced and highly regarded adjuster who is well known in the market thanks to his almost 30 years of experience across the industry.”
Crawford also announced Executive Adjuster Micheal Dinan as the new lead for its WA, SA and NT major and complex loss team.
Mr McLeod says the appointments are part of work to strengthen its Specialty Loss Adjusting team in recent years.
“The war for talent in our industry is relentless, but it’s heartening that we continue to attract top candidates and, as a result, there is no doubt that our Specialty team is second to none,” Mr McLeod said.
“I think candidates can see a business in Crawford that is evolving and looking ahead, we’re not standing still unimaginatively, and that’s attractive; people want to be part of something that’s progressive.”
The additions follow the appointment of Jonathan Hubbard as President of Crawford’s Australia operations in August.
