Claims services executive Jonathon Hubbard has joined Crawford & Company as Head of Business Improvement.

Crawford & Company Asia Pacific CEO Andrew Bart says Mr Hubbard will focus on improving business performance and operational efficiency as well as identify opportunities to expand services.

Mr Bart describes Mr Hubbard, previously national manager loss adjusting at Cunningham Lindsey, as “one of the most respected executives in the claims services industry”.
