CQIB hails leadership training scheme
More than 70 young insurance leaders attended a training day last week organised by the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers.
The event was the third instalment of a young professionals development scheme launched after research highlighted a “capability shortage” among future leaders.
“Training programs such as these are critical to cope with evolving consumer demand and market shifts within the next decade,” council VP Danny Brandon said.
The training day featured sessions on developing personal brands and the impact of neuroscience on leadership. Further events are planned for this year.
