The Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) announced its new board composition at last month’s annual general meeting.

Tony Bemrose Insurance Brokers MD Sean Bemrose starts his fourth term as President and Insurance Aid General Brokers MD Andrew Hinz takes on the VP role.

Chris Murfin (East Coast Insurance Brokers) is Treasurer and other board members are Andrew Munson (Darling Downs Insurance Brokers), Heather Peirano (Piranha Insurance Brokers), Don Tickle (Rivers Insurance Brokers), Pat Tully (Lea Insurance Brokers), Ron Bellert (North Queensland Insurance Brokers) and Angela Downs (Bill Owen Insurance Brokers).

CQIB represents more than 60 Queensland businesses that collectively place more than $500 million in annual premium from more than 200,000 clients.
