The Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) board has been re-elected for 2020 – 2021, with positions and members unchanged.

CQIB, which evaluates its board composition annually, was formed in 1980 and represents 54 Queensland firms.

Insurance Aid General Brokers MD Andrew Hinz remains President, and North Queensland Insurance Brokers Principal Ron Bellert is VP. East Coast Insurance Brokers Director Chris Murfin is Treasurer.

The five board members are Tony Bemrose (Brisbane), Heather Peirano (Rockhampton), Don Tickle (Brisbane), Patrick Tully (Gold Coast) and Andrew Munson (Darling Downs).
