Travel insurer Cover-More has been given a Feefo Trusted Service Award in recognition of consistently high customer ratings.

Feefo is a ratings platform that collects reviews on behalf of more than 3000 business clients.

To win the Trusted Service Award businesses had to receive more than 50 genuine customer reviews last year and achieve a service rating between four and 4.4 out of five.

Cover-More received a rating of 4.3 from 730 reviews.

Spokesman Glenn Broadhurst says Cover-More’s retail partners and the “passionate” travel consultants who provide cover to customers also “deserve recognition, because they are the first touch-point in our customer service journey”. He says without Cover-More’s agency partners, many Australians would not understand the importance of travel insurance.
