Travel insurer Cover-More has appointed Meredith Staib
as GM Assistance Operations, Australia and Asia.

CEO Peter Edwards says Ms Staib will be responsible for the company’s emergency medical assistance services in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and China, under the Assistance Online brand.

Ms Staib was previously a consultant in emergency health care and is a former GM of the medical department at Allianz Global Assistance. She has also held clinical management positions and worked as a clinical nurse and flight nurse.
