Calliden Group has appointed Nick Geddes as its company secretary, the second time he has held the post with the insurer.

Mr Geddes was previously company secretary at Calliden between 2006 and 2008.

“I run a company secretarial service for small listed companies and Calliden have agreed to use me again,” he told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“It’s a specialist role, so the fact that I have worked here before is useful.”

Mr Geddes replaces Charles Whattam, who has resigned.
