Pleasurecraft specialist Club Marine has become official sponsor of the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard, and will support the group’s forthcoming Mayday campaign to raise funds.

Club Marine CEO Simon McLean says both organisations share a common interest in marine safety, and the company’s support will help coastguards carry out search and rescue work as well as radio monitoring, safety patrols and vessel assistance and tracking.

The Club Marine Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Mayday appeal in May and June aims to increase awareness, recruit volunteers and raise funds.
