Nicholas Meister has been appointed Club Marine New Zealand Manager.

He joins the recreational boat insurer following a broking career with PIC Insurance Brokers in Auckland, where he managed a portfolio of domestic and commercial hull cover and developed a close relationship with Club Marine.

CEO Simon McLean says Mr Meister’s experience and established networks will prove valuable. “Nick is a passionate boatie and brings with him an impressive skill set that includes experience in the New Zealand broker and dealer markets, where he has been actively involved in sales, claims and administration,” Mr McLean said.

Mr Meister says he wants Club Marine to be considered the “go-to insurer” for recreational boat cover in New Zealand.

“Over the coming months I am looking forward to further engaging with our partners and the industry in general.”
