A distinguished line-up of speakers has been announced for this year’s Claims Convention, run by the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

Topics include business development, offshoring, cyber security, fraud and the impact of social media.

The Head of Claims at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions APAC, Peter Newall, will give the keynote address on the convention theme, “the changing world of claims”.

insuranceNEWS.com.au Publisher Terry McMullan will lead a panel of industry experts on the debate surrounding the offshoring of claims, and claims and loss adjusting doyen Allan Manning will explore his new ClaimsComparison website.

The convention will be held at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on August 13-14.
