Registrations are open for the 11th Claims Convention hosted by the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

The event at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on September 21 is a chance for insurance professionals to network, learn from expert speakers and earn professional development points.

The theme is “the art of claims – maintaining customer focus” and guest speakers include Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance President Australasia Chris Colahan, Lead Ombudsman General Insurance John Price and Zurich Chief Claims Officer Hilary Bates.

The day will end with a dinner, drinks and live entertainment.
