Claim Central Consolidated has appointed Rebecca Shean as Head of Property Repair for Australia, based in Sydney.

Ms Shean, who has more than 20 years’ insurance industry experience, will be responsible for the digital claims management group’s assessing, repair and restoration divisions, and will manage strategic projects and “continuous improvement” initiatives.

Most recently she worked at Suncorp, where she was a senior adviser in event response and managed the home claims and home assessing teams.

She also worked at IAG for six years in roles across motor and niche products.

Claim Central has also appointed Travis Dale as Design and Implementation Manager.
