Chubb Head of Global Broker Unit Australia & New Zealand John French has been appointed acting Head of Distribution, according to reports.

Mr French was assigned the role following the resignation of Jason Hawksworth.

He will work closely with Head of Independent Brokers Lloyd Beltran and all Chubb State Managers to provide full support to broker partners.

Mr French was Country President Australia and New Zealand from March 2014 to February 2018, according to his LinkedIn account.

He later became Senior VP Head of Broker Distribution Asia Pacific for about four years until August 2019 when he took up his current Head of Global Broker Unit position.
