Chubb appoints Head of Major Accounts

Chubb has announced the promotion of Christian Falkingham to the role of Head of Major Accounts for Australia and New Zealand, effective today.

Mr Falkingham, who has more than 25 years’ industry experience, will report to Head of Property and Casualty Australia and New Zealand Chris Gough.

“Christian has played a key role in the growth of the Major Accounts Division since joining Chubb in 2019 as a Global Client Executive,” Mr Gough said.

“His strong market reputation, detailed knowledge of Chubb’s products and services, and his leadership capabilities will enable a seamless transition into his new role.”

Mr Falkingham chairs the inaugural Chubb Junior Board, a representative body for Chubb staff across the region.

Chubb has also announced that Carly Stephens, a member of the legal team since July last year, has been appointed Complaint and Customer Resolution Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

The role includes ensuring the fair, efficient and objective review of complaints, acting as the key point of contact with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority and liaising with Chubb’s business units to apply key learnings and ensure the continuous improvement in service provided.
