Steadfast subsidiary CHU has appointed Alison Bell and Vincent Norton-Scott as the newest members of its claims leadership team.

Ms Bell has been named the strata insurer’s inaugural Claims Relationships and Governance Manager, where she will handle regulatory and compliance sectors as well as manage relationships with CHU service providers and partners.

Ms Bell has more than 18 years of experience in property claims in the UK and Australia and was the State Operations Manager for Crawford and Company before her new role.

Mr Norton-Scott will join as Technical Claims Manager, having served 11 years at QBE, including as Claims Relationship Manager for Steadfast brokers and most recently as Senior Technical Claims Specialist at Guild Insurance.

Mr Norton-Scott has also held roles at Tower and Vero and was a member of the Insurance Council of Australia’s panel on Covid-19 business interruption response.

Ms Bell and Mr Norton-Scott join National Claims Service Manager Kara McInnes on the claims leadership team.
