Chartis has won the Sue Ronai Memorial Excellence in Claims Award, ahead of Zurich and Vero.

Victorian broker Austbrokers Phillips presents the award in honour of employee the late Sue Ronai, and her contribution to the industry as a claims manager and recruiter.

All major insurers and underwriting agencies are eligible and Austbrokers Phillips staff vote for the winner.

Chartis Australia CEO Noel Condon says the award “is testament to our hard-working claims team, who continue to deliver outstanding service to our broking partners and clients every day”.
