Chartis has appointed Tim Christian as Head of Corporate Accident and Health in Australia.

He replaces Phil Brain, who has been promoted to VP Regional Group Manager Accident and Health Asia-Pacific.

Mr Christian has been at Chartis for 16 years and was formerly national client relationship manager accident and health. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the accident and health market.

He is responsible for the corporate group accident and travel lines in Australia and will be based in Sydney.

Chartis has also promoted Nick Wood, currently Commercial Property Manager for Australia, NZ and PNG, to the role of Deputy Commercial Property Manager for Chartis Asia Pacific.
 
He will continue to manage the Australian, NZ and PNG portfolios and will assume additional responsibility for managing the Asia Pacific portfolio.
