Loss adjuster Charles Taylor has appointed Richard Lance as Client Director and Senior Adjuster, based in Sydney.

Mr Lance spent 17 years at Marsh, most recently as Pacific Region Claims Manager. He will report directly to Charles Taylor Regional Head ANZ Andrew Hodkinson.

“His wealth of experience and a reputation for reasonably handling the most complex of claims challenges is a significant asset to our business,’ Mr Hodkinson said.
