CGU’s EGM of broker relationships Pegah Vaghaye is hosting a new podcast that examines insurance trends and economic issues affecting small businesses.

The Strive podcast’s topics include workforce trends, climate change and Australia’s journey to net zero, and cyber risk.

The first episode focuses on the workforce generational divide, and how better understanding of each group’s needs and expectations can help attract and retain talent.

“We have an incredible array of industry leaders and special guests who share their knowledge and expertise with our listeners,” Ms Vaghaye said. “We hope the podcast ... ignites more futuristic thinking so businesses can better prepare for what’s ahead.”  

EGM Damien Gallagher says the Strive series helps brokers break down insurance complexity for their customers. The new podcast provides “easily accessible and digestible content around topics of importance” for small business operators.
