Law firm Colin Biggers & Paisley says it has bolstered its national offering with three appointments.

Jemma McLaughlin has become special counsel for its insurance team, focusing on professional indemnity litigation, with specialisations in the health practitioner industry.

She previously served as a senior associate at Colin Biggers & Paisley between 2016 and 2019, and was most recently at Kennedys.

The firm has also named Jon Na and Patrick Smith as special counsels for its construction and disputes and investigations teams, respectively.
