Catlin has launched its scholarship program for young Steadfast brokers.

This year’s winner receives flights to London, seven nights’ accommodation and five days working with underwriters, actuaries and claims personnel at Catlin’s London office, including time on the Catlin box at Lloyd’s.

The award aims to provide exposure to the London market and help the winner expand their knowledge of insurance in the global marketplace.

Applicants should be aged under 30, with at least three years’ experience in the insurance industry.

They must answer this question in 500 words or less: “To become an employer of choice, what changes do you think companies need to make to attract and retain the best talent?”
