Former Zurich EGM Claims Steve Brooks will join JLT Australia in the new year as MD Claims.

Mr Brooks worked at Zurich Australia for 27 years and was until his resignation on May 21 its EGM claims. He is highly regarded in the market for his claims skills and experience.

He will be based in Sydney and will report to former Zurich colleague Andrew Barrowman, who joined JLT in 2010.

CEO Leo Demer told insuranceNEWS.com.au Mr Brooks’ experience will strengthen the JLT team across Australia.

He says Mr Brooks will play a key role in driving JLT’s claims strategy and “participate in delivering national growth through claim advocacy”.
