Brooklyn Underwriting’s education website, Brooklyn University, has unveiled three new subjects.

The underwriter says the introduction of “natural catastrophe”, “claims handling 101” and “insurance lingo” represents the next stage in the initiative’s evolution.

It says it has more than 3000 registered students, and in the past few months has given out more than 11,000 Certified Insurance Professional points.
