Brokerage bosses chop locks to help homeless

JMD Ross Insurance Brokers CEO John Duncan and director John Davaine shaved their heads last week to raise almost $11,000 for Sydney’s homeless and marginalised.

The money will help the Exodus Foundation provide food, primary healthcare and crisis support.

Contributions came from underwriters and 70 brokerage team members who attended JMD Ross’ annual fundraiser this month.

“It was wonderful to meet so many JMD Ross employees and guests, and have the chance to thank so many people in person for their support,” Exodus Foundation Fundraising Manager Steve Clarke said. “The money raised will help us feed and support Sydney’s needy.”
