UK-based specialist insurer Beazley has appointed Damian Kerin to run its contingency business in Australia.

Mr Kerin was previously an underwriting manager at Sportscover and has more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian insurance market.

Products offered by Beazley’s contingency business include cover for cancellations of sport, trade show and stage productions, non-appearance of key personnel and disruptions to conferences and exhibitions.
