Ausure names award winners
Ausure Insurance Brokers has presented its annual network awards.
Victorian regional brokerage DPR Insurance Brokers was named fastest-growing branch (insurance), beating fellow finalists Ausure Insurance Brokers Rural and Insure.
Glennen Financial Planning of Echuca, Victoria, won the fastest-growing branch (financial services) prize.
The Jim McIlveen award for best branch went to Ausure Gatton, which beat Ausure Young and Ausure Newcastle.
Rhys Tapper of Ausure Consolidated Brokers in Perth took the insurance young achiever award, beating finalists Ben Price of Queensland-based Metsure Insurance Brokers and Josh Legudi of Rutherford Street Insurance Services in Swan Hill, Victoria.
The financial services young achiever was Michael Anderson of Ausure Insurance & Finance Echuca.
The Mike Dunn supplier award went to Amy Stead of Lumley Insurance, ahead of finalists Grant Brokenshire of Allstate Underwriting and Monique Truslove of Premium Funding.
The awards were presented at Ausure’s annual conference on the Gold Coast earlier this month.
As reported in insuranceNEWS.com.au last week, Steadfast Group has acquired 77.3% of Ausure.
Ausure MD Troy Brown and Steadfast CEO Robert Kelly held an impromptu question-and-answer session on the first morning of the conference.
