AUB Group has appointed Richard Bell as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, replacing David Franks.

Sydney-based Mr Bell, who formerly held similar roles at ASX-listed Aristocrat for six years, is responsible for communications with the ASX.

Allan Luu will remain as additional Company Secretary.
