Underwriting agency ATC Insurance Solutions continues to expanded its local cyber team with the appointment of Senior Cyber Risks Underwriter Lawrence Ormrod.

Mr Ormrod, who was most recently international cyber underwriter at London underwriting agency CFC, will relocate to Sydney from London when travel is permitted to expand and develop ATC’s cyber portfolio for the eastern states.

“Lawrence will bring invaluable experience to the cyber market that is heightened in demand even more so with the current pandemic,” ATC says in a statement.

The appointment comes after Melbourne-based ATC, which has branches in Sydney and Brisbane, named Jenny Arkell as Senior Underwriter – Cyber earlier this month. She will be based in Melbourne and was also was also most recently at CFC in London after three years at Tokio Marine.
