The Aspire Women Leaders Program run by Hollard and Steadfast is set to take place again this year, after a successful launch last year, with potential participants invited to register their interest.

The year-long development program is specifically tailored to Steadfast female insurance intermediaries who are looking to become future business leaders.

Participants will be eligible to receive a Certificate in Executive Management and Development from the Australian School of Graduate Management.

“The difference the first round of Aspire made to the women who participated – in their personal and professional lives – has been profound and is a pleasure to see, so we cannot wait to help a new cohort experience the same benefits when the program kicks off again later in the year,” a post on the Hollard Broker Hub LinkedIn page says.

The experience of participants in the first program is highlighted in the latest issue of Insurance News magazine.
