Arch Insurance Australia has appointed Louise Lumley as its new Northern Region Underwriting Manager.

Ms Lumley’s role will see her manage Arch’s Executive Assurance portfolio and associated underwriting teams in Queensland, NSW and other nearby regions.

Ms Lumley joins Arch from AIG, where she was a senior underwriter for its corporate financial lines division. She has also previously served as a financial lines underwriter at Chubb within its independent broker unit.

“Louise has earned a deserved market reputation for her dedication to delivering the highest possible service to broker partners, combined with an extensive knowledge of the financial lines sector,” Arch Underwriting Manager for Executive Assurance Paula Ritchie said.

Ms Lumley will be based in Sydney, where she will report to Ms Ritchie.
