Applications are now open for the annual Care and Service Excellence awards which recognise outstanding service delivery in the NSW workers’ compensation industry.

The awards are organised by insurance & Care NSW (icare), whose Group Executive Workers Insurance John Nagle says they are fundamental in recognising those who go “above and beyond” in their role of helping injured workers, businesses and the wider industry. 

The award categories comprise:

Young care & service professional of the year (under 30)

Outstanding care & service by an individual: a) care & support b) specialist care services

Outstanding care & service by a team: a) care & support b) specialist care services

Excellence & innovation in injury management

Excellence in improving employer performance

Lifetime achievement

Customer excellence

Entries close on October 31, and the winners will be announced on November 29.
