Aon scheme assists female entrepreneurs

Aon has launched its Entrepreneurs in Residence program in Australia, as part of a commitment to workplace diversity.

The scheme selects female-led, high-growth businesses to benefit from the networks and expertise of Aon and its partner Springboard Enterprises.

The first company chosen is business process management group IntelligenceBank, whose CEO and director Tessa Court says the program will give her company access to “immeasurable business insights and experience”.

Aon Risk Solutions Australia CEO Lambros Lambrou says the program shows his company’s commitment to fostering diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.

“Combining our expertise, resources and tools with Springboard’s expansive support network, we believe this program can have a meaningful impact on up-and-coming companies,” he said.
