Aon Risk Solutions has appointed mergers and acquisitions (M&A) insurance specialist Jennifer Richards as its new Regional Director for Transactional Liability, based in Sydney.

She has more than 10 years’ international industry experience, and will join Aon’s M&A Solutions team next month from Chartis, where she was a Senior VP of the executive liability team, leading the M&A insurance, private equity and real estate groups in North America.
