The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance will host the 51st edition of its South Australian Charity Luncheon in conjunction with Guide Dogs SA/NT next month.

The lunch, at the Adelaide Convention Centre on May 10, will be one of the institute’s largest networking events.

CEO Katrina Shanks says the institute is “delighted to continue the tradition of partnering with local charities at this year’s South Australian Charity Luncheon. Guide Dogs SA/NT is a charity that truly puts clients and their families at the heart of everything they do.”

Guide Dogs SA/NT CEO Aaron Chia, who will be speaking at the event, says it is a good opportunity for the industry to support the charity.

“I hope participants at the charity luncheon will feel inspired to support people living with low vision, blindness and other specialised needs, whether that be financially, by offering time through volunteering or by taking action to increase accessibility in our community,” he said.
