Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance Education Development Manager Jason Fletcher has won a prize in this year’s LearnX Impact Awards.

He will receive the learning manager of the year award at the LearnX Impact workforce development conference in Melbourne in October.

The honour recognises excellence in leadership, professional development of staff and team performance.

The institute was also a finalist in the best certification category for its Certificate IV in General Insurance.

Education and training programs developed by Mr Fletcher’s team are used in insurance and financial markets in the Asia-Pacific.
