The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has confirmed this year’s Making a Difference Awards.

The Making a Difference Awards, was first launched last year, highlights insurance industry members who display exemplary professionalism and respect in their roles.

“By celebrating the things we do well, we can continue to raise the profile of insurance in the community,” said ANZIIF CEO Prue Willsford.

All winners will receive a profile on the ANZIIF website under the Professional Development section and a prize valued at $500.

“We are excited to announce there will be a specific award for insurance professionals working in the New Zealand market,” Ms Willsford said. “The winner will be announced at the New Zealand Liability Conference on July 27.”

In addition to the New Zealand Liability Conference, ANZIIF recently announced the return of the New Zealand Insurance Industry Awards set for November 30.

Members of all parts of the insurance industry are encouraged to nominate themselves and colleagues for the upcoming awards.
