AMP New Zealand has appointed Rob Dibley as Head of General Insurance.

Mr Dibley brings more than 30 years’ industry experience, and has held senior management roles in the UK and New Zealand.

Most recently he led personal products distribution for NZI, and before that he was channel manager for broker personal lines and business partners at Lumley.

He will be responsible for executing the general insurance growth strategy in conjunction with AMP’s general insurance partner Vero.
