Altiora Insurance underwriting executive Nick Hogarth died suddenly last week.

Mr Hogarth was rushed to hospital on Monday evening after having become suddenly ill and passed away in the early hours of Tuesday morning due to complications.

He is survived by his wife Lisa and two children.

CEO of North Sydney-based Altiora, Eric Richardson, says the loss has hit the company badly.

“Our thoughts are with Lisa and the kids,” he said.
