Allianz Partners Australia has appointed Aimee McGuinness as Chief Sales Officer, replacing Leigh Sellers, who has left the business.

Ms McGuinness was most recently its chief underwriting officer, a role she took on in February 2018, overseeing the business’s pricing and underwriting strategy across the full range of products and services.

In her new role she will continue to drive “mutually beneficial commercial opportunities with partners”, Allianz Partners Australia acting CEO Miranda Fennell said.

“[She] has had an outstanding career in Allianz Partners spanning the globe [in] many functions including sales, business development, e-commerce and underwriting.”

The business has commenced the recruitment process for a new Chief Underwriting Officer.
