Allianz has appointed Mark Pittman as GM Government Services in the workers’ compensation division.

He will lead strategy and operations in claims and injury management services to federal, state and territory personal injury schemes.

Mr Pittman was previously with Darwin-based TIO – acquired by Allianz in 2014 – as GM for motor accident compensation and government workers’ compensation claims operations.

He takes over from Julie Mitchell, who was recently appointed GM Victorian Workers’ Compensation.
