AIM Insurance Services says Natalie McWaters has joined as National Loss Adjusting Manager, taking over from Phil Dowman, who has been appointed as National Technical and Compliance Manager.

Ms McWaters was previously Crawford & Company Metro Operations Manager, according to her LinkedIn account.

AIM says the appointments are part of a management “restructure” that is aimed at supporting the growth of the loss adjuster’s presence across the country.

The business has grown since its inception in 2016, with 33 employees providing loss adjusting services in SA, Queensland, Victoria, NSW, WA and Tasmania.
