AI, cyber challenges in focus at Asian Claims Convention
Artificial intelligence in motor claims management and cyber challenges will be among topics on the program at the Asian Claims Convention in Kuala Lumpur.
The event, themed Technologies Driving Globalisation in Claims, is scheduled for May 8-10 at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel.
The conference line-up includes a presentation by Murali Raj from WTW on parametrics in claims management, and Bruce Swales from Envista Forensics will discuss battery energy storage systems and challenges for insurers.
Marine risk, digitalisation and fraud detection, risks in renewable energy and the use of technology and teamwork in determining the root cause of losses are also among topics on the agenda.
The Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters expects hundreds of delegates will attend the event, including insurance company managers, brokers, reinsurers, loss adjusters, consultants, lawyers and service providers.
