Scott Milligan has been appointed Regional Manager of Property at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, replacing Matt Hart from July 3.

Mr Milligan has more than 12 years’ experience in senior underwriting roles across property and energy markets in Sydney, Singapore and London.

CEO Willem van Wyk says Mr Milligan has developed a strong reputation for his “technical knowledge and commercial acumen”.

“I’m confident Scott will make a dynamic contribution to our leadership team and further develop the great work Matt Hart has done to improve our proposition to the market,” he said.

He says Mr Hart is taking time off before considering his next opportunity, and has thanked him for his contribution over the past six years.
